The 2009 Honda Pilot is a crossover SUV that seats nine passengers in a 3-row interior setting. It was first revealed as the Pilot Prototype at the North American Auto Show last March.
The car has a 5-speed automatic communication and is powered by a 250-hp 3.5-liter V6. It is like an enhanced version of the first production Honda Pilot. The engineers at Honda added more passenger and cargo space to the car and it seems to work quite well. The car’s value is just right for the improved power and economy features.
If you’re someone who’s adventurous, then this solid crossover is for you. They may have gone overboard with the detailed styling of the lights and the corrugated fuel filler cap, but there is no rejecting that nothing so practical ever came out so styled.

Honda’s Ridgeline pickup truck is due for an update and an overhaul is on the way. The new look of the Ridgeline will be topped with a new front-end design consists of a new grille and a revised front bumper which looks similar to an early prototype of the next-generation Honda Pilot.
No major modifications are revealed yet for the Ridgeline’s rear end but that could change closer to production and no technical details have been released. Hybrid power was rumored as a possibility in 2009, but it’s unlikely before the second-generation Ridgeline debuts in 2011.
This means to that the truck business is highly competitive and Honda knows it needs to keep the Ridgeline fresh in order to play with the big boys.
